Our school enjoys a strong partnership with parents. Parents are encouraged to be fully involved in the life of the school. Some parents are members of the Parent Teacher Association (P.T.A.) while others dedicate their time to extra-curricular activities and many others are there to support the different school educational activities.

The Parent Teacher Association of Ecole de Lorette Vacoas is a very active group that exists to support the Principal and Staff in the activities of the school and to promote a spirit of friendship and cooperation within the school community. The P.T.A organizes social functions and fundraising activities. Parents are encouraged to attend the annual general assembly and to support the association.

Some of the activities organized by the PTA include:

• A family day in the first term

• Sports Days - Selling of refreshments to raise funds for P.E. equipment

• Family outings in the second term and

• A bingo night in the third term

In 2014, the PTA helped in setting up the sun-dial which you will find at the school entrance on the small playground.
